Pakistan has not moved towards medical digitalisation for one reason, and it is not cost or willingness — it is that there has never been a platform clinicians could actually trust and actually use. Systems here are either built for hospitals abroad and bolted awkwardly onto our practice, or they are so difficult that a busy OPD abandons them by the second week.

I have sat at that desk. I know what it costs to lose a patient's history because it lived in a register that went missing, and I know no doctor will trade a paper pad for software that slows them down. So we built the opposite: something a clinic can be running on in minutes, that is faster than the pad it replaces, and that keeps a patient's record with the patient — not with whichever clinic happened to see them first.

That is the problem we are solving, and it is only the first phase of it.
